'The Art Of Travel Journals' - a special Workshop!
Coming in the Spring of 2024!
This special Workshop from Travel Journal 101 is led by me. I’ll be delivering the sessions live, and you will also be able to access recordings of these as we move through the lessons.
I’m intentionally keeping the focus of this special Beta Workshop on the 'ART' of Travel Journals, and I'm going to be asking for your thoughts and insights as we move through the sessions.
I want to make sure that you’re heard and that I have everything I need to build the absolute best new course for Travel Journal 101….and I’m asking your help through your feedback.
I have always believed that keeping any kind of Journal shouldn’t be a ‘job’, so I’ll keep an open and informal format to our time together.
In the end, I want you to take away a few things from this special Workshop:
• Have lots of fun learning how to do sketches in your Journal
• Have the tools to keep Travel Journaling for the rest of your life

The Art of Travel Journals
Coming in the Spring of 2024!
For years I’ve been teaching all about Travel Journals - in person and online - and I’ll be sharing all of that teaching and learning with you in an open and informal way.
✓ Teaching in person - I’ll host 2 Workshop sessions of 2-hours each, and both will focus on the 'ART' and 'DESIGN' elements you can use every day as you travel. I'll also include tips on how to assemble your Travel Journal Kit, what to record on the pages of your Journal, and what to do with your Journal once you’re home safe and sound
✓ I’ll share lessons on how to add small sketches and little watercolour vignettes that will give your Journal pages unique and interesting character - and they’ll help trigger lots of memories too.
I'll be sure to cover how to sketch/paint 'found objects', landscapes,
and title pages in your personal Journal.

I’ve been keeping Travel Journals for years now, and when I teach about how to keep those Journals, I do whatever I can to make the setting fun and interesting, and a group setting is a great way to do that.
I want YOU to be one of those people who is remembered – and I want to make sure we have lots of fun doing that.
You can keep a traditional diary, to be sure, and lots of people find peace in the writing and the special time to create those entries. For me, however, it was the Travel Journals that really sparked my interest and pushed me forward into this special teaching.
